Hare Wynn welcomes two new lawyers

Justin is an experienced trial lawyer. Justin is a 2009 graduate of Cumberland School of Law and, prior to joining Hare Wynn, he practiced civil litigation for 15 years in his hometown, Jasper, Alabama. There, he successfully prosecuted wrongful death and personal injury claims across the legal spectrum, including medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and environmental torts, recovering millions of dollars in compensation and support for hundreds of victims and their families. As part of Hare Wynn’s Medical Malpractice Team, today, Justin’s primary practice is dedicated to advocating for patients who have suffered harm because of negligent medical care.

Monroe graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2023, as a member of its nationally recognized trial team. Since then, Monroe has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury lawsuits. He has successfully handled all aspects of jury trials from voir dire to closing arguments. Now, Monroe concentrates most of his practice on medical malpractice.
In its second century of practice, Hare Wynn has recovered billions of dollars for its clients in medical malpractice, personal injury, and class action cases. Hare Wynn is proud that Justin and Monroe will be helping to continue the firm’s legacy of success.

Hare Wynn represents area baseball star injured by falling tree on golf course
Grayson Pope, a high school baseball star, was severely injured on June 6, 2023, when a storm caused a tree to fall on his golf cart at Trussville Country Club. He sustained traumatic brain injuries, leading to a 42-day hospitalization and extensive rehabilitation. A lawsuit has been filed by Hare Wynn against the golf course’s owners and operators, alleging negligence in failing to install a storm warning system and remove dangerous trees and limbs. The complaint details these accusations and seeks accountability for the incident.
